Billy Zane- Biography

Billy Zane is a well-known American actor. In 1997, he gained fame as Caledon Hockley in Titanic, and he also portrayed the title role in The Phantom. Others recognized him as Hughie from Dead Calm. He also appeared as John Justice Wheeler in the second season of Twin Peaks and gave the voice of Ansem in the video game Kingdom Hearts (2002).
